I've even forgotten I wrote that advice to my 35-year-old self thingy, imagine my surprise when I opened my blog again to write about something one day and saw what I last posted.
Imagine my pleasure when I realized I have achieved and done all the things I enumerated, or advised, myself to do before or after turning 35.
I workout everyday now for atleast an hour starting at 4:45 in the morning. And because of that, I go to bed before 10 every night. And still because of that, I've taken a break from partying and thus stayed away from spending time with nega people and further meeting some more. Yeah I have taken a break from spending time with friends I love too but that can always wait.
So I have accomplished (and made a routine, if not, a lifestyle) two more things in my list just because I started doing one.
And I've always been fearless with trying out products even if they're topical creams for the face. I was never scared of waking up with a nasty rash or some kind of gruesome reaction from something I've recently tried. I would just call it lucky I discovered what I did and now could stay away from the product and of its kind.
So yes I would definitely add a part two or a continuation of that list. And lets see how well I do the second time.
