ADVICE FOR MY 35-YEAR-OLD SELF

I am not 35, yet. But hey, I wanna read this when I am, and be reminded. 

Do it too. It gives a whole new meaning to "you will thank yourself later". 


1. sleep before 10 pm

2. discard toxic/nega friends and don't befriend similar people. when in doubt, DONT!
3. do a physical activity atleast 15 mins each day. (nope, liking Instagram posts does not count as physical activity. no matter how vigorously you work that thumb baby)
4. don't be afraid to try new products. do it on a Thursday (night, preferably)
